Country white sourdough is a classic artisan loaf. It is made with a blend of white and sprouted wheat flour for a light fluffy crumb and mild flavour. Our sourdough is naturally fermented about 20 hours for maximum flavour and digestion.
Our sprouted multigrain sourdough bread is made with freshly milled sprouted wheat flour and a blend of organic sprouted rye, millet and flaxseed. This seedy loaf is slow-fermented for a rich flavour, tender crumb, and improved digestibility.
